Pension contribution was good but did vary depending when and how you were employed. Good life cover and medical insurance/cover.
All benefits is minimal and has additional costs
No benefits, learned an immense amount of knowledge in my 2 years there.
Company pension, cycle to work scheme- they would buy a bike for you and the price would be taken out your salary over a 12 month period. There was however a company bus every morning.
It's pretty standard, money box is good for saving up for Christmas, as is paying extra into your pension, the ability to buy holiday too. The benefits for long service though, are terrible.
Pretty flexible on what benefits to take. Good selection of benefits to choose from - healthcare, buy/sell holidays, money box, charity...
Excellent benefits, especially the pension!
Low pay relative to peer group and location. Pension benefit is poor. Limited option and limited support for flexible working.
Very good for benefits and cafe very good too.
Work life balance is good
