‘Great benefit, good company to work for’
‘Very flexible good company to work for’
‘Could do better but ok’
Great benefit, flexible working hours
the intern continental hotel group ( IHG ) offers a good range of perks and benefits. One of the better hotel chains
The perks sound good on paper but the bonus scheme for example is very confusing and almost impossible to claim.
Great benefits, including lots of discounts from major online and high street brands, plus incredible healthcare and pensions plans which were even available to contractors.
Discounted hotels, gym and Starbucks on site, team offsite days
Flexibility, thoughtful benefits out weighs challenges with the industry. Good pension scheme recently updated
Best: definitely the employee rate at all hotels worldwide. Fairly priced food on site, modern offices, great work equipment, gym on site, medical insurance. Worst: probably that the office is quite isolated from most cities and unless you're willing to spend a lot of money on transport you need a car to get there.
Ok for hospitality but no room for growth. Really slow for progression
Average benefit package at IHG nothing too great
Hotel discounts in par with most - family discounts woeful. Many benefits are designed still with corporate employees in mind rather than hotel employees and this does cause a disparity
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
