I've never had any problem with getting sick pay when I've had to call in sick. You just have to follow reporting procedure and when you're back at work, fill in a form confirming you're fit to return to work. Above all, I will say that I've found my managers friendly, supportive and accomodating. If you do run into health related difficulties, it's important you keep your manager in the loop.
