Subsidised meals are great. It is rare to receive a bonus at end of year.
Gneral gifts and great parties. There wasnt much in terms of long term benefits for me as i was part time and studying but i know others who were long term employees loved all the benefits.

Discount is the best benefit, can take a career break if you want to do something else elsewhere for a while which makes it better if you're undecided on what to do.
There are good benefits like holiday package and working conditions. There is a good pension plan and friendly work enviroment.
Free healthy lunch and free Christmas present but bonus is worse every year and only given 10% discount
