IKEA is a great place to work based upon their benefits. They really care about their employees and got plenty of different benefits to suit different kind of people. I sometimes believe that people within the organisation sometimes take the benefits for granted and complain about small changes in the benefits plan which sometimes occur whilst other companies hardly offer their employees any benefits.

Ha what benefits? I got a good wage and bat was about it. Since I was a night worker all of the perks like birthday breakfast, Christmas parties in the morning, even morning meetings we always missed out on and they said that if we cared so much we should go out of our own way to be there after being expected to do 9/10/11 shifts. Day workers got so much more out of this company than logs ever did and so much more respect. We didn't even get properly trained because it was after ten and couldn't possibly be at work that long. I don't even get my sick pay, I got promised so much working in this place and have hardly seen any and I just want to sit on the floor and cry over how bad they are to work for.
