There are barely any benefits. The comms scheme is good
If on a good event - when you actually have a marketing team - you can earn good money quickly. Top rates of comms (13.5%) when achieved can transform a month. Also - absolutely fantastic at looking after their own. Once you enter the 'IQPC family' stage - i have seen wonderful and heartwarming efforts made the team and company when staff are critically ill. Truly is fantastic.

20 days vacation a year, excluding the 8 days given for bank holidays. Paid sick days (up to 7 days in total). Pension scheme is great.

Best training program! You get trained every week and on the job as well. Additional training is provided by you Line Manager in your 1-2-1, this upon request. You really feel cared for and not on your own.
