‘i had these at my old company and was able to carry over as we were acquired by IRIS and was a smooth process. the payroll team were really helpful too as the providers were different ’
‘you can increase up to 10x !!!! ’
Maternity is peanuts compared to other large firms out there. If you want to attract more women into tech you need to sort this out!
Private medical insurance with Vitality, 26 days holiday, pension, health cash plan (optional).
Amazing wellbeing and mental health support, show they really care when it matters as its been tough for a lot of us over last few months. There is always something new being introduced. When I asked about getting the Techscheme as we had at my old company the Benefits Manager showed me she'd already signed up to it and it was there the following month. And now there's a new car scheme on the way. Cannot wait as wouldn't be able to get a brand new car otherwise. They are really open to suggestions and new ideas too which makes you feel listened to.
Brilliant flexible benefits package - underpinned by a system that allows you to choose the benefits that suit you the best and flex bens like life insurance up and down, and add dependents to private healthcare. Everyone gets a broad core range of bens from free healthcare through to critical illness and homeworking. 26 days hol + 3 days for charity work and your birthday off if you do the 3 charity days.
Amazing, flexible benefits on offer
Its ok, but not great
IRIS has a great benefits package - everything from free Vitality Private Medical insurance and Income Protection insurance, to a tech scheme, cycle scheme, funded pension with an uplift for national insurance savings, mental health support and 3 Giving Back Days each year to spend paid time helping the community, with the option to earn your birthday off too! 26 days holiday as standard and the option to buy 4 more each year. There's a benefits window that opens every April where you can select your annual benefits, and others that you can change as and when.
The benefits are great and probably the best I have been offered, but that doesn't make it a nice place to work.

Benefits are good including private health care, and income protection insurance,
Holiday purchase scheme and long term income protection if you can't work are good. Good work life balance and nice working environment.
