‘Discount is doubled at certain times of the year’
‘3 days per year paid scik pay’
‘4% apr, pretty good stuff’
-Work culture is nice and you get appreciated for doing hard work. Everyone works with fun. -For van jobs the structure is messed up and often times or not your early start-early finish method does, not work. It is putting drivers off for working there.
The basic package of benefits with some nice touches likes discounts from lots of other companies
night shift pay was decent, an extra 2£ per hour up until 6am
There is only a 10% discount which isn’t very high and no other benefits packages
There isn’t one, 10% off their shopping that’s it
10% staff discount, pay is ok but expected to do a lot for free to compensate for poor staffing levels
Poor staff discount, good amount of paid holiday
The best thing for me is the management being understanding in my situation. You have many opportunities to build up your experience and learn more about retail and what it offers you also get a 10% discount which is great for little bits
They give you 10% off instore and at multiple other places too. Some weeks you get 20% off
10% discount, there are like two weeks in the year you get 20% discount. No age pay gap, so if you are young, great pay for your age
