-Work culture is nice and you get appreciated for doing hard work. Everyone works with fun. -For van jobs the structure is messed up and often times or not your early start-early finish method does, not work. It is putting drivers off for working there.
Poor staff discount, good amount of paid holiday
The best thing for me is the management being understanding in my situation. You have many opportunities to build up your experience and learn more about retail and what it offers you also get a 10% discount which is great for little bits
They give you 10% off instore and at multiple other places too. Some weeks you get 20% off
10% discount, there are like two weeks in the year you get 20% discount. No age pay gap, so if you are young, great pay for your age
Best thing is the holiday, it is generously and the management are lenient to moving around shifts to allow your holiday days to not be eaten up quickly!
Great socials and good recognition for staff who have worked hard throughout the year by way of incentives
Good holiday hours, management is flexible and understanding. 10% discount with some 20% weeks throughout the year as well.
Very good benefits I really enjoyed working at Iceland. Lovely company to work for. I would recommend working there
Store managers go to a conference each October which is engaging, fun and an opportunity to network.
