Full health insurance coverage, 20 days AL
I don't think there is a specific best. As for the worst, no bonus, no private healthcare, only at senior management level.
Generous holiday leave and ability to work from home, generous paternity/maternity package
my colleagues were great!! absolutely amazing
Benefits package was always really great - pension scheme could have been better but all the standards included in package.
Bonus package removed but there are a number of schemes available for employees
Good package including private healthcare, buy-1-get-1-free on shares, discounted gym memberships. Normal number of vacation days, but you can buy or sell days. Plus some nice other perks like days off for moving, getting married, volunteer days and so on.
It’s a very flexible benefits package with some great perks but you often don’t get full use of it for over a year after the start of your employment due to restrictions around when benefits are available for selection
Good benefits, flexible working hours, 5% pension contribution.
Average, overall, but good holiday, flexi working, volunteer days
