Minimal holidays and paid duck leave allowance. Fir the 1st year you get only 3 days of paid sick leave, 5 days from the 2nd year and it never improves.

Hi guys , i have 2.2 years of exp in SAP domain i got offer from Deloitte for SAP Analyst role with 9 lpa fixed , 0-10% variable, 1 lakh joining bonus , is the compensation is good according to current market , Also my current ctc was 3.9 lpa at infosys.
I joined Infosys after a career break of 5 years. My YOE is 8 years and My role was TA with 7.8 CTC, i was recruited for the same salary and joined Infosys a month back. Is it ok if i keep searching for a job and quit immediately or wait for another 6 months get handson and then look out.

Hi Guys, I'm working in Infosys from 4 years as SAP Technical Consultant. Now i have 2 offers 9.5LPA from TCS (includes Variable) and 9.15 from IBM variable excluded. I have 90 days notice period and i cleared Deloitte 1st round waiting for director round. I also have srilanka HCL offer for 10 Lpa fixed excluding pf, gratuity and variable. Do you think salaries offers are good for 4 years SAP Tech Consultant or should i keep hunting for new jobs?? If yes What should be the salary target??
Dependant on JL quarterly/biannual bonus typically paid out in the following period. They have an interactive learning platform where you cam design own learming path with plenty of learning courses/certification to choose. Sick pay is legal min, 5 days paid in 12 month period (exception is Covid). Holiday is 20/21 days which is standard (they tend to meet government requirements) nothing to write home about & pension is contributory up to 5%. Health insurance is pretty good with options to fit requirements.
