No changes in the Benefits for some time
Commission Plan not sorted nor any ideas of when new plans in place. Has to be a focus if you want the right behaviours from Sales personnel.
Amazing work from home policy and CEO's approach to work is "Family comes first".
Good vacation, health insurance, flexible location and working hours, average pension. Nothing exceptional but definitely up to industry and role standards.
