Comprehensive benefits package - what's offered is better than industry average in my experience. There are also a lot of added extras that make it feel like Instinctif really cares about its team.
Usual benefits (pension, health insurance, holidays etc.) were fine. Occasionally they'd organise diverting office events. Not much else of note.
25 days holiday, ridetowork, season ticket loan
Positives: Above average holiday entitlement (25 days + bank holidays). Good (opt-in) private healthcare insurance. Offers interest free season ticket loans. Average pension plan (3% pre-tax contribution topped up with 5% from company). Volunteer time-off scheme. Negatives: Bonuses are almost non-existent. Remote working available however company culture doesn't encourage it. Well structured personal development programme (Academy of Excellence) but is not very inclusive of the development needs outside of core PR business.
Instinctif Partners cares about it's employees, offering a comprehensive benefits package that includes private healthcare, critical illness cover and life insurance, as well as ensuring employees receive paid sick leave and compassionate leave when required. It also has a generous holiday allowance.
