Intel had an overall really good benefit scheme. There were quarterly and also yearly bonuses based on the performance of the company. Also, there are many other advantages for employees, especially through a recognition scheme.
For a $60bn company its shameful that the maternity and paternity leave is no more than the legal minimum.
