A full range of benefits are offered, some basics like pension, life insurance, childcare vouchers, but also bike to work, flexible working, employee rates at IHG hotels, health advise and clinic. The company also started a sustainable environmental project as well as a diversity and inclusion programme.
Very flexible with part-time shifts from week to week. Good support and training given. Very welcoming. High employee turnover which meant lack of efficiency when a large group needed to work together.
Free gym on site with great discounted canteen and coffee shop. Private medical and dentist and flexible working hours which is excellent and well respected by others.
one set of benefits for the US business, another for the rest of world (and HR claim it's "market rates" when questioned about the differences. So we assume the Singapore office, the Bangkok office, and the London office all have similar market rates?!)
Great benefits available from flexible work to health insurance, discounted hotel rooms and every day discounts at partner brand
There is a bit of everything for everyone and goes beyond the scope of the business.
Excellent benefits - discounts on hotel stays even for friends and family, retail discounts, private medical and much more.
Employee rate is a great perk, Max that you'd pay is usd$99 but it's lower depending on the hotel. They should have a share save scheme for the size of the company, but they don't.
Great employee rate at hotels
Whilst there are many soft benefits at IHG more could be done to support tax relief.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
