As a security specialist I get 20 shift days off which approximately equals to 40 calendar days off. I can also get private and dental insurance (Bupa) for 'free' (you still pay tax on it somehow). There are other smaller perks you get through the Bupa Rewards (some good deals or prices on cinema tickets or online purchase...).
Health and Dental Insurance through Bupa
Comprehensive benefits package but very traditional which doesn't necessarily appeal to a younger/millenial workforce.
Private health insurance, life insurance, employee assistance program
Wide range of benefits available. Great health insurance - covers pre-existing conditions for the whole family! Annual leave could be slightly more attractive but at least we can now buy additional days.
Partners and children can be covered on health and dental plans. Opting for premium services is inexpensive as the company pays the larger amount.
Not great for interns, but that is the nature of interning
The benefits provided are useful to have.
Lots of good benefits; cycle to work scheme, private medical / dental, pension scheme
1% pension, 22 days annual leave, private medical and dental insurance. Discounts at some gyms etc. Pretty standard benefits, not particularly great.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
