What benefits do employees receive?
In addition to their pay, all employees receive:
50% off food and drink on shift is very generous.
It is a minimum wage position so there are few benefits, aside from holiday time off and the basics. What to be expected from a server position.
During shift you have the ability to be offered food and drink via the kitchen which is very nice sometimes
50% off food during shift and 20% off any time other than that
I was not properly informed about the rules surrounding how I could use my discount, my pub bent the rules but I wasn't informed of this so it got awkward at other pubs when my friends tried to pay individually. The rewards are not clearly laid at all basically.
Free curry sometimes, flexible working, nice colleagues
Best - Free Shares - Bonus Scheme - Flexible working - Team - Free food for management Worst - Dealing with problem customers - Often late nights - Pressure on saving hours - Pressure put on bu top level management
Management at the time was very bad, would pressure staff not to take days off or call in sick. Bad atmosphere. Apart from that, you get half price food on your breaks and a discount on food and drinks when you’re not on shift
20 percent discount is the only good perk of the job, the remainder of my experience was completely negative
Industry leading benefits and good discounts across the whole estate.
