All of the benefits we recieve
discount is good 50% on shift and free food over 6 hours and 20% off shift and flexible shifts works around life
We didn’t have to do anything personally to receive the monthly bonus, it was based on how the company sales were doing
Good company benefits and good work flexibility. Managers listen to your concerns.
Being treat as disposable staff was really nice. Not only is Tim Martin a free market nut who doesn't understand the economy or how to give 'unbiased' views in his magazine. I happened to work under management that were just ignorant and not nice. Coming into shifts that have been cancelled (there was only a rota up on the wall in the office and you weren't allowed to ring midweek to check of any changes) or being told someone else had your shift and to "go decide between yourselfs". Extremely unprofessional
Good bonus scheme and living allowances in popular cities
Offer a share scheme which is good but it only comes into effect after a particular length of service. Tips are dependent on location.
Best thing is bonuses and people you work with company expects a lot for adhereing to company policy
No benefits package, the odd sales bonus if the pub performs well, lots of pressure from management to do well for a small bonus, should do more to support staff, would boost staff morale
20% discount off work. 50% when on shift. frankly baffling we should have to pay them at all seeing as they can’t even pay us to Live or Survive for 5 weeks during a global pandemic.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
