You get 25% discount after passing your 3 month probation period. However this is capped at £750 amount of discount for the whole year. You get paid holidays.
Nothing outstanding - basic private health and nominal bonus structure if you are lucky enough to get one in your package. They generally just do the bare minimum mandated by law.
The best thing is the discount. And that’s not even that great. The discount is 25% off all items. But saying that the discount still works on sale items, so you could get a shoe on sale for £50 then still take another 25% off. Other than that no their benefits.
