  • Sick Pay  (8 comments)

“Never needed it but it was UK standard as far as I can remember. 1-4 days sick just tell your boss and fill in a form, 5+ plus need a sick note.”

  • Life Insurance  (3 comments)

“6 x salary now - can also buy additional cover for both your partner and yourself.”

They provide private health insurance and life assurance. There are opportunities to obtain support for higher education (both in terms of sponsorship and paid time off)

It's competitive with industry peers. Private medical insurance, pension (money purchase plan), annual leave are all quite standard.

No good private pension, salary, time off, holidays, benefits. Good environment, colleagues, flexible hours

Best things are private healthcare, flexible work patterns (9 day fortnight, 4.5 day working week or full 5 day working week) and bonuses. As an apprentice I do not get bonuses but every 6 months I get a pay rise.
