private health insurance, childcare vouchers
All the basics you'd expect, plus a few nice extras. Remote working would be nice!
Good company perks for all of the flaws with the company. The benefits are looked at by a wonderful payroll lady who knows her stuff and is like the mother looking out for and making good decisions for young children who don't know anything better. If she left...it would be awful. Great private medical, dental, life insurance and pension options.
Good childcare plan, but needs tweaking.
Availibility of flexible working hours
Benefits are always reviewed and staff included in the review to ensure they make the changes best for us. With this said I still feel the benefits could be improved.
Yearly non contractual performance bonus
Extremely good pension contributions by the company provided you match it (up to 6% / 12% total)
Benefits have been recently revamped, but only for managers. Health insurance was extended to family members, but only for managers. Extra holiday days were added, but only for managers. Ultimately the only way to make benefits worthwhile is to manage someone. You don't even have to be doing a good job, jut get a report and you're set.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
