Generally good ''big company' benefits but too much is deliberately non-transparent to hide inequalities. No proper link between pay and peformance, inadequate internal salary review process and bonuses in the personal gift of senior management.

One of the best possible pensions plan I believe. Company adds a lot to your savings and fully supports through the process.
Good benefits but JTI seem intent to punish loyal long service employees by removing key benefits previously held (on basis not available to new hires). Management pressurise employees to effectively deny them access to certain flexible benefits supposedly offered
Company target for bonus payout is regularly achived and very often surpassed giving accelerated bonus of 125-150%. JTI benefits package is very good, they do look after their employees well.
