16% non contributed pension, one day a week working from home, income support, buy/sell holiday, discounts, free Rosetta Stone language courses. £50 per month towards discounts, ie dental, wine club, gym etc
Absolutely fantastic package. Really know how to treat their employees!
JTI has a very good pension scheme. Depending on the team you work in there is the opportunity to work flexibly (e.g. no fixed hours/ work from home)
Very good pension scheeme, good maternity leave and choice of flexible benefits.
Bonuses, 35 days holiday, excellent pension, paid sick leave, flexible hours, heavily subsidised canteen, excellent training and development opportunities
Significant pension contribution, lots of travel, relocation packages, good salary, decent working hours
Generally good ''big company' benefits but too much is deliberately non-transparent to hide inequalities. No proper link between pay and peformance, inadequate internal salary review process and bonuses in the personal gift of senior management.
Production and performance related bonus.
One of the best possible pensions plan I believe. Company adds a lot to your savings and fully supports through the process.
Good benefits but JTI seem intent to punish loyal long service employees by removing key benefits previously held (on basis not available to new hires). Management pressurise employees to effectively deny them access to certain flexible benefits supposedly offered
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
