    There’s is literally NO benefits working for this airline. Absolutely none but good salary to make up for it.

    NO FREE FLIGHTS YOU GET ZERO ! a miserly £100 discount for all your hard work and efforts. cheaper going to another airline for your own holidays and flights. The salary may be one of the best in the industry, but this has to be earned on spend per head during flights and pushing sales of 3 or 5% sometimes the targets are not wholly representative and make earning very hard, especially if your expected to earn £2,000 plus per flight with 4 crew. Not all crew work hard! some have no sales skills or simply do not care about selling,so this makes it harder for those of us who work hard and sell. why should the hard workers give the non i couldn't care less crew a share of our earnings?...this needs to be individualised, They work you like a dog on minimal rest , get £100 bonus every month, tax de ductable for 100 % attendance, but take if off you for a crisis or dependent leave. not a child friendly employer. very unfair.allowed 12 days paid sick after 6 months of employment , then get deducted salary and have to claim ssp. you got more discount as a student than a crew member,Jet2 are a very shrewd business. no Jet2 perks at all. all about revenue and branding. no care or attention to their crew. wrong people in management who are clueless and have zero people skills. most crew are very young and in my opinion should not be allowed to fly until at least 21 like some fabulous airlines as most (not generalsing)have never worked before and are clueless, no life experiences nothing, but i suppose young and dumb hey ho with no financial responsibilities. Jet2 ethos "work as one team and take responsibility" load of rubbish...institutional bullying and all about if your face fits your great, Do not ever report any thefts or wrongdoings...you will be licked to the kirb,,,fast.

    The discount on board is amazing and you get discounted holidays plus get discount on many things in the airport and gyms

    There wasn't a benefits package worth mentioning. No discounted flights or holidays just a convoluted tax saving scheme. No bonuses, though you did get a very small pay rise every year.

    Pilots get private medical insurance at a £100 premium if used (AXA PPP). Prolonged sick pay/loss of licence for up to 6 months, first 3 is full pay, second 3 is half pay. Otherwise very few benefits.
