Competitive benefits package offered in line with other airlines although still movement for improvement. Pay and benefits are continuously being reviewed by the company.
There are minimal benefits offered. Very poor
You are offered a pension scheme, holidays depend on how many hours you do.
There wasn't a benefits package worth mentioning. No discounted flights or holidays just a convoluted tax saving scheme. No bonuses, though you did get a very small pay rise every year.
Pilots get private medical insurance at a £100 premium if used (AXA PPP). Prolonged sick pay/loss of licence for up to 6 months, first 3 is full pay, second 3 is half pay. Otherwise very few benefits.
Great range of benefits that increases all the time: discount on hire car, hotel bookings and also restaurants, theme parks
great company to work for
Poor or almost none. Working from home - does not exist, unless you do not tell HR. No flexible hours. Advertise short hours Friday, but can be removed at any point. Discounted flights? Forget about that, it's too complicated and it's easier and cheaper to get flights with other airlines instead.
Best: very good commission scale Worse: High targets which you are questioned about if you don’t meet them
Best thing is the Christmas party, other than that, not much. Wage is decent but company lacks standards for anyone to stay very long. Sad because it is a growing business.
