Sick Pay is equal to contractual pay It is paid to eligible Partners during an absence from work. Amount payable is related to length of employment at the time the period of sick absence begins, up to the max specified below in any 12 month period between the anniversaries of start date with the Partnership: 3 months to 1 year = 4 weeks, over 1 year = 8 weeks, over 2 years = 12 weeks, over 3 years = 16 weeks, over 4 years = 20 weeks, over 5 years = 24 weeks 6 years and over = 26 weeks.

when your sick they still cover that day
They always allow you if you have gp/hospital appointment
