My experience of JM in terms of their approach has been positive. I had an extended period of illness, and the organisation was supportive
no shift allowance payed on sick pay ,if long term sick very little is offered HR very bad at trying to understand your health issues
Good sick pay package, pays normal rate less premium pay.
You get 7 days paid per year if they happened in less than 2 occurrences in total
it is great when you know that you have this benefit. Normally they do not let you know, until you use it.
