Good sick pay as well as health assessments
Similar to most other companies
Unfortunately lots of people use it due to stress and J&J's surprisingly poor consideration of mental health at work
Sick pay I was fortunate enough to not need this to often but when required it was very generous. For 6 months
The benefit is capped for a certain period of time
In line with company size and type norms
It was ok from the company
Sick policy has recently reduced but is still good
Manager is usually flexible, and just gives days off if you get ill. Not sure what happens with extended periods, but there is an insurance for that.
Once you get a few years under your belt it is very good.
