There isn't one to speak of. Training, holidays and sick pay available. The share scheme is a desperate attempt to boost the value of their pathetic shares with their captives. No luck as we had no money to buy them with as your pay was so rubbish in the first place. Terrible.
Change in commission structure means that bonuses paid are pretty poor
Absolutely awful to work for. Constant threats of redundancy while senior management enjoy enormous bonuses. No clear direction. Felt like any assets were being sold off to prop up huge debts. Anything was done to save money - even the removal of plants so they didn't have to pay gardeners. Avoid this sinking ship at all costs.

Was entitled to a free Newspaper daily, but getting hold of one wasn't easy! They also offered a sharesave scheme, but whats the use in shares that are worth 0.0001p
Flexible benefits around and sensibly structured packages. T&S policy is quite constrained. Pension arrangements are good.
