‘You get paid when you are sick. (Fairly normal no?)’
‘There i9s none - get your own in place. But who thinks about that until it's too late’
‘There is none as it is self-employed’
I was a great package, offering several benefits and lots of freebies and social budgets. They do need more knowledge on same sex families as they struggled with entitlements for same sex parents
Private health insurance is brilliant, we get a good bonus and pension package too.
There's just not much useful packages
Pension package is superb No platform discounts
GOOD - Great pension package. GOOD - Pay, bonus package. GOOD - Great option to buy +5days holiday (costs spread over the year). BAD - Gymflex isn't subsidised so offers very little value BAD - lots of 'rewards' offers from retailers that seem a little irrelevant BAD - Conf/learning budget (£1000p/a) is OK but a little tight in today's climate
Very good pension programme, all the common good benefits - cycle to work scheme, childcare, health insurance options etc.
At Deliveroo gym membership discount is huge, over 40%. Here it's about £5 a month off a membership fee, it is literally not worth having. For such a huge company the benefits are terrible, Just Eat do not care about their employees. You aren't allowed to work from home unless you have a very good reason, they are strict. And yet in some departments it's allowed, it's very unfair.
Great company to work for!
Pension is good, holiday allowance is ok. We do get time off for volunteering as agreed. World Party is great to meet people from the company in different locations.
You can opt to but shares a better price but you need to be there at least 3 years to get them
