Kairos has amazing benefits including flexible hours meaning you can work 8-4, 9-5 or 10-6 and Kairos reset, a mandatory 2 week period off each year on top of our holiday allowance - this goes up to 4 weeks once you’ve worked there a few years. We also have a monthly allowance with Ben Benefits which is money in an account to spend on whatever we want. The only poor benefit is the maternity leave which is only 3 months.

I have just come back of my kairos 2 week reset - a 2 week break outside of your annual leave to really take the time you need to relax and spend time with family or friends. one of the most unique and best perks out there!
Is a great company to work for. No negatives
A mandatory 2 week 'reset' on top of standard holiday is a really welcome break. Hybrid working is a perk for the social side in the office and when you have commitments at home to WFH. Benefit Card with a set allowance each month and various health / mental health providers are great to have access to.
