‘It's ok in the amount you get each year and they have assistance to help with things’
whole range of benefits, available from new starters to top management incentive for travelcards and bike to work pension and healthcare
Ultimately they can pay poorly at the lower end and try to make up for it with a range of benefits like free fruit and a nice atmosphere
Free fruit, flexible working hours are good. Benefits (i.e insurance, bike scheme etc) are there if you take time to look
Lots of flexible options, but could be better overall. Pension isn't amazing, but not bad overall
* Low salary * 25 days holiday * Private pension * Cycle to work scheme * Healthcare * Fruit in the office * Free breakfast once a week
private health insurance, decent pension contribution, free breakfast Fridays, free fruit, 4 pm finish on Fridays
All the regular benefits are offered. Recent flexible working means we have flexible hours and the option to work from home sometimes.
- Not many benefits - Min Healthcare
Free fruit and breakfast on Fridays, recognition awards and social events
Loads of great benefits available - you feel really valued as an employee. Paternity and maternity pay need to be improved.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
