Very flexible with WFH, amazing personal day package, provided private healthcare in the UK which is not common.
Perks, Monthly massages, Nails and Flexible working
Lots of perks - wellbeing, flexible working, a lot of holiday days, health insurance, pension plan etc. But we need a better bonus system.
Brilliant range of benefits including health and dental insurance, holiday allowance and many training opportunities. Flexible working is encouraged across all levels.
Great holiday allowance, sabbatical, work from home, flexible working, dental cover, maternity leave is fantastic too
Good holiday package and overall benefits
The company offers a good mix of benefits including financial and 'softer' benefits that promote work/life balance.
The benefits are available to all employees at all levels after probation period although this is not communicated as well as it should be
Paid week of holiday, drinks trolley on Fridays, cake whenever it was someone's birthday. If a client had a great piece of coverage that week - prosecco would often be bought for everyone to celebrate
BUPA health insurance, Free annual eye test, Well wo/man exam, BYOD or company mobile, 25 days annual leave, birthday off, omnicom discounts to a variety of services and entertainment, etc
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
