Good annual leave allowance
The University has a great discounted access to sports facilities and also offers a cycle to work scheme, and some departments have shower facilities so you ensure you are ready for work if you get soaked on your way to work.
Interest free travel card loan is good
King's college London offers poor benefits to their employe or at least they are not obvious. Small benefits are proposed regarding pension plan and working flexibility.

Slightly above average but suitable for London. Payment is on time and always in my account.

They offered to pay for my travel, and enabled me to design my own workspace, asked me the furniture that I would like to see. It was a very polite and kind environment.
no bonuses and poor LWA
The best thing is the 27 days annual leave and the days given between christmas and new years, also the London Living Allowance. The worst is the spaces are not very good to work in depending on the campus you're at.
