There are not many benefits apart pension scheme which the company match employee contribution, 26 days holiday a year. Other than that there are hardly any bonuses or pay increases.
Best thing was the travel allowance which could be spent on hotels and car rental. The worst thing was you still had to pay the taxes on it when added to your salary!
