‘I barely skipped a day at work, but when I had to because I was sick, they trust their employees and would not deduct it from your salary. ’
‘I think we should be increased every 2years ’
‘L’Oréal covers all there staff for flexibility at work I have nothing bad to say about the company ’
Great company to work for
Flex working was a fantastic benefit.
They used to be very flexible with work smart pre pandemic, you could work anywhere, anytime, now you need to come to the office 3x week and you cannot work from abroad. Overall a lot of work and never enough people todo the job, but you do feel looked after, they genuinely care about people.
Great packs of their products every 2 months £10 paid for charity.
- Amazing staff shop with discounts across all brands - Annual citizen day to spend volunteering - Fun conferences & events
Great benefits for head office employees; PMI, competitive vacation & option to flex up, generous product discounts.
Really enjoyed my time here
Private healthcare + Solid Pension
Best Lots of opportunities to grow and progress Fab maternity package, bonus , staff discount Great portfolio of brands / clients Sick pay , health and dental insurance Flexible working Worst Very specific culture Very long hours , no work life balance . Everybody is so busy , there is very limited training or help when your starting out . Can be a bit of a piranha pit
It is a reasonable package.
