‘sick leave is as per the working regulations’
‘I think we should be increased every 2years ’
‘L’Oréal covers all there staff for flexibility at work I have nothing bad to say about the company ’
Great company perks, line-manager help, 25 days holiday, team away days and birthday celebrations at your desk
When you hit your weekly and monthly target and get your comission for the month
Not a lot of companies give this, but WFH is a great benefit. Also, we can manage our own time, therefore flexi hour is also active. Online staff shop. Hair salon.
working at L'oreal bonus is generous, up to 20% of your base salary, plus you can get up to 4 weeks' profit share
stressfull environment, bad management, average salaries
Work from home, great staff discount and canteen
Maternity leave is very generous, so are product allocations
There was a lot of benefits, the best being staff shop, which was a 60% discount, though did have limited items compared to other staff shops from competitor brands. Allocation was also nice (£350), Though the site wasn't run great, and a lot of the things you'd chose would be gone by the time you check out
Nothing bothered me at all
good product discounts on staff shop
