I have no idea about the benefits package. When I used to be on my holidays I would get a call from my manager and she would make me feel bad and come into work.

Job training is only successful when the person training you is interested in you fulfilling your potential. Most training is done by book or online. Even though Vision subsidiaries are available I was unable to be successful in achieving vouchers through the company. My eyesight was affected after taking employment and in 15yrs of working was unable to obtain vouchers needed for eyetest and part help with glasses purchase. In 15 yrs of working I only got £200 in bonuses even though my shop hit and exceeded targets most years. Sick pay is now only paid after the first three days of sickness. There is awebsite colleagues can join for money off vouchers, child care vouchers & cycle to work.
