Unfairness. Inequality of benefit provision
Office location in Windsor. Transparency of salary rates - both good Base salary rates poor. Inequality of benefit provision e.g private medical insurance, company pension contribution and company car provision No bonus opportunity No relation to performance and pay
Comprehensive package of benefits that give peace of mind and security. Includes health, travel loan, insurance etc
Insurance policies are good and comprehensive and free although private medical expensive in tax benefit. Policies never really explained in detail No new benefits introduced would never consider working from home unless you were senior - seemed unfair
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
