You get good tips and incentives, however it varies site to site! Some sites offer literally no incentives and that is bad as minimum wage is not good. Tip policies vary site to site also.

Good incentive package for managers, especially General Managers and Head Chefs. Good team-events every year, although upper management sometimes seemed to have a very blurry picture of their own image but I guess it is normal and on some level even advised to project something over-positive.
No set hours. You can choose as many as you can get or get people to cover your shift last minute.
