‘Requests are treated on a individual basis and an interview with your GM and HR is a fair process and will be granted where possible’
‘50% food and drink in all CDG restaurants ’
Service charge which sometimes equal to our salary Flexible working hours, in need we can deal with our managers and have available days or hours we need
In the name of employee benefits you receive only employee discount that’s 50% and if you are working on the bar or kitchen you receive tips and service charge only if the customer pays using debit or credit card. If a customer pays in cash all the tips goes to the server
The packages are built so that no matter what level you are, either a KP or GM, you have opportunities to have access to all the company incentives
Flexible working schedules and always happy to try and accommodate any changes or requirements. Offers all the benefits you'd expect any large hospitality chain to offer.
You get good tips and incentives, however it varies site to site! Some sites offer literally no incentives and that is bad as minimum wage is not good. Tip policies vary site to site also.
Manager forced to worked 12 hours shift after only 5 of rest
'Iguana points' would be a good idea if the company actually gave them out
Best thing is the staff discount card which gives you 50% off your bill in all CDG restaurants.
Best thing is the opportunity to win trips away. And if you make it onto Tripadvisor you get a bonus.
Good incentive package for managers, especially General Managers and Head Chefs. Good team-events every year, although upper management sometimes seemed to have a very blurry picture of their own image but I guess it is normal and on some level even advised to project something over-positive.
