    The company pay the bear minimum for pension contributions. Salary is good and bonus ok. Office perks such as fruit and cake days are nice.

    28 days holiday + 1 personal day a year Response

    Thank you for the feedback on our new annual leave entitlement at LateRooms; part of the Malvern Group. Just to clarify, we have recently increased our holiday entitlement to 27 days per employee, and introduced a ‘You Day’ which is the personal day you reference, to be used for things like taking your birthday off, moving house or your wedding day! We wanted to do something a bit different here, acknowledge that flexibility and employee wellbeing are key drivers for you, in achieving that all important Life Balance, and to make sure our employees are happy, healthy and well rested when they are at work. We hope you love the extra time off!

    Good package overall. Sick pay is subject to line manager approval. Discount is across both brands now - LateRooms and Superbreak which is great.
