Pretty comprehensive and standard set of benefits. Different packages for senior staff but even at entry level standard
No private health support, but I would not consider that an issue.
There are very few benefits. There is the normal sick leave and holidays. In addition there annual season ticket loan and an occupational pension scheme, although Lebara didn't contribute in full as they didn't have the cash to do so. Despite promising to do so.
Free mobile calls and pension scheme
the benefits are great and very relatable for a normal work place looking out for its employees
One of the best benefits that you get is Apprenticeship and Training Programmes.
there isnt any best thing about benefits in this organisation.
The benefits the company offer are very poor. I am not sure if the benefit policy is the same for all level employment. The worst thing are the only 5 sick pay days.
The best thing in the benefit package is the bonus
From my point of view, their benefits scheme is one of the lowest. They are not offering any general interest benefits. Yes, they are offering the pension plan (which they have to by law) and a performance bonus (which is every year at risk and decrease every year) but that's about it. At least a health insurance would be welcome.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
