i worked for leidos in the uk. i had great benefit
Extensive benefits package on offer for health, insurance, some medial as well as benefits for buying a bike, booking a holiday or extra annual leave
The benefits that I received at Leidos are ok. As a software developer, I need to prove why I should get to go to a conference for example. Holidays are average, pension average, health insurance covers you but not family. It's all average by default. Felxible working is there, but it always feels like I'm being frowned on.
Covers healthcare, Cycle to work Scheme, gym memberships - lots on offer
Private medical and other benefits. There is a big focus on making leidos an employer of choice.
Online benefits system, cannot fully comment as less benefits to interns as they build up as you work for longer periods
Wealth of choice, annual window to re-open and change/update your existing benefits.
Holiday allowance is great, 33 days in total. Christmas day, Boxing day and New Year's day are compulsory, leaving 30 to choose when to take, but Bank Holidays aren't additional, so you take them if you book them.
Some good benefits as might be expected from any large company. Recent initiatives have seen UK benefits be consolidated across the different business areas with some people gaining and some losing. Pretty flexible with time off and working from home but that depends on the job you do and where you are based.
health insurance, working from home
