‘Fairly good for a large corporate’
Payment in return for services.
Good benefits, Bupa healthchare, 20 days off with 4 'wellbeing' days. An excellent pension where they add 10% for every 5% you put in among other benefits.
Wellbeing days throughout the year, doubled pension contribution
Great holiday and wellbeing days
holidays and salary and benefits package
Lendlease have good private health insurance, maternity/paternity leave and holiday allowance for employees.
Flexible working was a definite benefit to family life. The one thing I found difficult was hot desking all the time. Not easy to build relationships with colleagues as a lot of the time there were no seats available in team areas.
Cycle to work scheme, Paid Masters
Can be costly on the salary. Pension scheme is good, private medical is v expensive each month. Most benefits are worth having if you can afford a few hundred ££ loss each month.
Generally on market for the type of package
