Great holiday and wellbeing days
holidays and salary and benefits package
Lendlease have good private health insurance, maternity/paternity leave and holiday allowance for employees.

Generally on market for the type of package
Good pension with 10% contribution from the company. Private health as standard but with an £150 excess. Other flexible benefits are pretty average - nothing hugely exciting.
