There are no benefits package when working at Lifeways group. Nothing at all. Lifeways group offer absolutely nothing when it comes to benefits.
I suppose the worst thing would be that there are not many benefits to working here. The best thing would be job training which is still insufficient

I haven't got a benefits package
There are no benefits. There's no extra pay for working bank holidays. If contracted you must work the majority of the big holidays (Christmas Eve/Day, Boxing day, NYE/D etc). No overtime pay, long long hours. If they could pay less I'm pretty sure they would.
