Pension from employer double employee contribution up to 5%/10% (employee/employer)
Good package, very competitive, better you perform, better pay rise you get.
Final salary pension remains, but diluted. Excellent private healthcare scheme, 25 days annual leave (with scheme for additional unpaid leave open to all) variety of retail discounts available, occ health support and guidance service. Very supportive with training and qualifications.
25 days annual leave, sick pay, company benefits programme
Everyone is eligible for a very good pension scheme. Management grades come with annual bonus relative to performance and private medical insurance as standard. Cars are available for grades that require travel or a a perk for higher grades.
Pros Final salary pension, Healthcare, Company Car Cons Final salary no longer available for new employees, Pension benefit has been cut twice in the past five years so no guarantee it will be final salary once I retire, Car scheme very poor choice and expensive, Fuel card taken away, many allowances taken away. Annual pay rise joined with annual nous scheme thus limiting the incremental annual rises people used to get so basically whole package has been eroded over the last five or so years to a below industry standard and looks to continue.
