Good salary package, death-in-benefit and company car scheme. High street/online discount scheme is convoluted and needlessly complex.

A full aprentaship scheme is in place for the chosen ones !!! An unrealistic bonus scheme resently introduced which doesn't reflect or reward the people who work hard down there . Only any good if your able to work the clocking system right to your advantage !!! More b/s .
Annual leave is statutory plus one day no matter how long you have worked at the company. Have to take holiday if you want to take time off after the birth of your child and you are the main bread winner as there is no paid paternity leave. Too late for me now as we are not having another child but something to think about. If there is an employee discount no one tells you about it. Company benefits scheme is based on loading a cash card up through a website and is an absolute pain to use so many do not even bother. No opportunity to work from home or have any real flexible working. Company cars are okay but nice cars get priced out of peoples bandings.
