‘20% discount however it doesn’t apply to all the shop stock. Usually fails on the seasonal items such as cold and flu products etc.’
‘You get full pay if off sick bit not for very long’
‘My team were always very good with acknowledging when health or other issues had to be prioritised. It was usually fairly easy to swap or change shift to cater for appointments or other life commitments. If you do your hours they tend to be happy’
Vitality health insurance for free
You get 20% off most of the products in store, that’s about all the benefits. Small Performance bonus based on your contracted hours per quarter if the entire pharmacy hits lots of targets. Annual leave is average, though no holiday allowed in December making it hard to visit relatives at Christmas time! You can do courses through the company to progress- if you and your supervisor have enough time in the day to complete the course.
Competitive salary with a high grade company car (usually BMW, Mercedes Benz etc). Standard pension plan. Very good and achievable bonus
There wasn't a real benefits package relevant to myself besides staff discount of 20%
Bonus scheme came out 5 months too late into the year - Staff are unmotivated as targets are complicated and unmeasurable
Only benefit is 10% off any purchases in lloyds pharmacy.

There are certain targets that you have to meet as a whole branch to receive a bonus. These are incredibly hard to meet and bonuses are small when received.
Private healthcare and ability to buy an extra weeks holiday
Staff discount is ok and I could change my hours and looks like training is good. Very low salary, on feet all day and not enough staff
