Very good flexible/agile working, with appropriate equipment being given to you straight away. Unfortunately, salary is not that competitive to other London boroughs, as it is centrally located so can easily attract talent from out of London due to ease of commute.

We offer many wonderful benefits at Camden including competitive salary, interest free season ticket/travel card loan scheme and an excellent pension scheme. We reward people for their performance and contribution to Camden through our annual variable payment scheme and furthermore we value output over hours and recognise our people have responsibilities and interests outside of work so we offer good flexible working arrangements. Our location is awesome, with our award winning, state of the art main building at Pancras Square means you are ideally situated next Kings Cross, St Pancras and Euston stations. On top of all of this we value our employees’ health and wellbeing so we offer subsidised access to an onsite state of the art gym and swimming pool as well as use of library and cafes. It’s a fantastic place to work.

The best thing about the benefits package is the amount of annual leave and flexible working arrangements. Although not as good as it used to be.
