    Somehow payroll forget to pay you at the beginning of every year. You will need to ask any walking Team leader (who are overworked and barely have any time) to escalate your problem.

no benefit what so ever you could work on bank holidays to get double pay that’s all no other benefits good for students only

Pros: Private Health care and free food on Fridays. Cons: Minimum Gov annual leave allocation, No training/development programmes, no incentives

The best thing would be the view, and the free coffee and tea. The worst thing is the whole management. For starter the only British male manager and the incompetent Tamil manager need to go back to training, and once they're done they need to go back once more. And to reiterate any good reviews you see on here is fake.

Lyca has no bevfits or anything to uplift staff only people who got benifits was people upstairs that already get over paid

Does not exist! They lie about it. Claim that for instance you have privet Helth insurance but you don't / you end up asking about it for months to find out that you donthave any! I'm the mintime they claim that "you can use it of course!". Pension / watch them as they don't enrol emp. although they have responsibility to do so. Yearly bonus... well...I know people who didn't receive any although they should! But... if you don't have written contract then you can't really even argue (they didn't! Have heard promises for very long time and they didn't receive it)
