M&G provides a good and varied benefits package. Good pension match, decent holiday allowance, good medical insurance, and a number of optional benefits like childcare vouchers.
25 days holiday increasing with seniority, season ticket loan, pension, life assurance.
The pension scheme and the right to purchase share options are great. Gym membership would be a nice addition, but it's not currently offered.
