Flexible package available, holiday buy and sell is a great addition.
They offered pension, buy sell holidays, death in service and you could choose form other options.. A good benefits package
Reasonable traditional benefits. Lots of lip service to engagement and wellbeing but is is only for show

Benefits at MHR are pretty good, not really any better than other similar companies but certainly not bad. Perhaps not the most culturally diverse company but certainly they are improving quickly here.
Best: Pension scheme. Worst: Health and dental benefit plans
Within the first week, MHR lost my passport details. I had to provide them to HR again. A few days later, after I had started work, they lost my references and although I specifically told them not to, they went about sending a second letter to people who had already provided references (Fortunately my previous colleagues didn't mind and responded). Interesting for a HR company. When I left, they didn't submit the relevant forms to HMRC so I overpaid my taxes and wasn't going to get my refund without digging around and contacting HMRC myself. They also failed to pay the recruitment bonus for myself to the person who recruited me, even though I was there over the 6 months they define (Because I was in a notice period). As ironic as it is, it's the HR company that fail to do HR right. The fact they even think to call some software 'people first' is hilarious and ironic. They treat members of staff like machines. They ignore requests for tools to help them do the job. They force everyone to turn up in suits every day even for non customer facing roles, whilst they can't even keep functioning and clean toilet facilities. They say things like 'we are opening a new building for our staff and they have an input into how it is'; yet nobody I knew was actually asked about how the new building should be. If you are really good and work a lot of overtime to get their product over the line... and I mean... *really good*, you'll be rewarded with a piece of flapjack from the canteen for your evening and weekend efforts. Pretty much, this company is going to try to squeeze every little bit of work out of you that they can and they'll happily screw you over when they please.
