Flexible Benefits
In addition to your core benefits package, a benefit spend will be made available to you after a minimum of 6 months’ employment and upon successful completion of your probation period.
Flexible benefits include:
Tuition Fee Scheme
We want to encourage and help employees increase their potential for development. Therefore, wherever possible, we will support you in undertaking a recognised course which will directly benefit our business.
Long Service Awards
We value the commitment of those who stay with us and mark specific service anniversaries of our employees by providing an award. Service must be uninterrupted and previous in-office service will count towards this entitlement.
Recruitment Referral Bonus
Personal introduction is one of the most effective ways of recruiting new employees of the quality we seek at Manpower and we regularly offer a bonus payment if you introduce someone who is subsequently appointed.
Pension Scheme
Manpower pension opportunities are part of our commitment to support our employees, both now and in the future. Details of our Company Pension Plan are made available after 6 months’ service and joining is subject to successful completion of the probation period. Once you join the scheme, each month you and Manpower will contribute a percentage of your salary into the plan.
Life Assurance & Accident Insurance
We operate an insurance scheme, paid for entirely by the company, that provides benefits in the event of death or serious bodily injury caused by an accident during your employment with Manpower. Level of cover is normally 3x annual salary, unless otherwise stated in your offer letter.

after a period of time we could apply for free BT packages, had a reasonable amount of holidays, rate of pay was good.
There are none to agency workers
Only 20 days holiday. first 3 days of sick not paid. Travel paid, zones 1,2.
when initially starting I was on contract but it was not permanent - all the benefits were centered around a permanent contract
There really wasnt much of a benefits package. Standard annual leave, with no increments, no extra perks or benefits
