Nothing to say. Most of staff are held in cold conditions and managers will call you with asking getting to work, unless you're dead.
It's pretty standard as far as Sick Pay goes, nothing to write home about, but better than nothing.
8 days paid sick in any 12 month rolling period, that's if you actually get time off sick, pressured into not ticking time off and when you do your constantly contacted daily .
Same as everywhere can take day off but any longer you will need a doctors note.
you only get 8 days sick pay per year and its rolling so if you are ill in September you wont get paid for sick again until after that time next year
Same as most places, you can call in sick for one day but any longer and you need a doctor's note.
Sick pay is only available if you have a doctors note, which most common Illnesses wouldn't warrant.
