Worst is the pension. Poor defined contribution where company match up to 5%. No bonus for lower down staff despite competitors paying one. Good insurance product discounts. Local discounts and membership to corporate discount schemes. Good healthcare plan and private medical insurance. Personal loan direct from salary, season ticket loans.
